Welcome to the second of ten blog posts that collectively will highlight over 50 authors. What is SFFWA? It’s a group of Sci-Fi and Fantasy Women Authors. This all came about when I asked myself if it was possible to have a giveaway that featured all women who write within the SFF community. You’re about to see just how possible that is, coming August 1st*.

A few ways you can show your support:

  1. Follow them on social media. Clicking the books below will take you to their Goodreads page where you’ll find their twitter.
  2. Sign-up to their newsletter from their website also found on their Goodreads page.
  3. Buy their book(s). Read their book(s). Then leave a review. Some even have their book(s) listed on Kindle Unlimited.

The woman needs his help, whether she realizes it or not. And Dylan isn’t going to let a boy grow up the way he did–not if he can help it.

When the world changes, can you?

Daughters of Anarchy
by C.A. Hartman

Stevie doesn’t smoke, drink, or cuss. She always says “please” and never takes a seat on the train if someone else is standing. But in secret, Stevie exploits her powerful job and genetics expertise to strip her corrupt City of the sociopaths who destroy it. And she’s never been caught.

In Season 1 of Daughters of Anarchy, Stevie’s beleaguered world struggles to rebuild itself after decades of war. The City is bankrupt. The shaky economy benefits the wealthy. Greenery is scarce. Women genetically enhance their appearances to attract a shortage of men. Perhaps worst of all, the Feds have instituted mass surveillance to prevent more terrorist attacks.

Stevie has only one goal: restore balance to her native City. And she does so with great finesse… until her dangerous endeavors begin to catch up with her.

Here’s what readers are saying about Daughters of Anarchy:

“A seamless blend of science fiction and thriller genres.”

“Wonderfully written from beginning to end, Daughters of Anarchy sets up an exciting new series. If you liked Dexter, you’ll love Stevie.”

SkyLine: The Dragon Commander
by Kennedy King

A future police department corrupted by artificial intelligence massacres an entire city district. Major General Christopher Droan and his highly skilled team are called in to stop the threat, but to succeed they must embrace the same power that threatens to destroy their world.

It shouldn’t have been possible four years ago, and it was happening again.

Major General Christopher Droan survived a crisis once before.
It left him with trauma, and a deeper understanding of his dad’s distrust for technology.
Chris tried to put it behind him, to focus on the love of his life, recent fiancee Sheba.
But, in the year 2350, Cold Fusion, AI nanotech police officers, and the SkyLine between a dying Earth and a developing Mars are parts of life.
It’s a turbulent environment to be a Major General, even one resigned to desk work. The calm can only last so long. When tragedy strikes Precinct 117 in Shanghai, Chris and his unit are forced to gear up again
They never thought they’d see something the likes of what shook their world four years ago. That was only the beginning.

What waits for them in the heart of a robot with a beta personality matrix will change the planets on both ends of the SkyLine, mankind, and Major General Christopher Droan, forever.

Daxton
by E.L. Drayton

Daxton’s life was ideal. He spent his time blissfully hunting and roaming in the backwoods with his best friend Barton, and his beloved dog, Fang.

But on his eighteenth birthday, his parents reveal a startling fact: they aren’t his birth parents, he was abandoned on their doorstep as a baby left with nothing but a note, a sword, and a compass.

Daxton hurls himself towards his fate on a search for answers, accompanied by Barton and a witch who knows far more than she’s telling. Meanwhile, a king is waging war against the most hated female pirate in Stonehaven – the swashbuckling Silverblade, and Daxton is about to be swept right into the very center of it.

With an exciting and colorful cast, Daxton is a story of friendship, of thrilling action and adventure on the high seas, and of treasure not buried but hidden.
